As a paediatric speech and language pathologist Riordon works alongside families to build genuine connections to facilitate and support Individualised communication needs and goals. She applies a family-centred approach to therapy and values collaborating with external Allied Health Professionals and kindergarten educators/ school teachers to provide the best care possible for her clients.

Riordon believes being a Speechie is rewarding and is dedicated to having a positive impact on the lives of children and young people with communication challenges and enjoys making therapy sessions fun and engaging.
